We’ve teamed up with Headversity, a Calgary-based tech firm whose focus is on creating a leading workplace platform for training resilience and mental health to offer a six-part video series on mental health.

Today’s workforce is facing more mental health challenges than ever before. In light of this, it’s now on employers to put supports in place to proactively navigate the growing number of mental health conversations that continue to arise. This session from headversity CEO and Psychiatrist, Dr. Ryan Todd introduces a framework of support called C.A.R.E: an evidence-based methodology to safely, confidently and discretely have a two-way mental health conversation in the workplace.
