DESCRIPTION:This is a webinar series hosted by InnoTech Alberta on the use of alternative materials and emerging technologies in wellbore remediation and decommissioning. This is the second of our Well Remediation Toolbox webinar series. \nWellbore leakage affects all types and ages of oil and gas wells in both onshore and offshore settings. Evidence suggests that using alternative products and technologies will significantly improve well remediation outcomes while potentially lowering the number of interventions for vent flow remediation and reducing industry costs. \nConsidering the complexity of well remediation and closure operations\, operators need a diverse toolbox of technologies to choose from.
