The Accelerating Innovations into CarE (AICE) – Concepts Program serves to advance early-stage health research and innovation that demonstrates high commercial potential in priority areas of precision health. AICE-Concepts enables innovators to accelerate their journey across four domains of commercialization: Product development, business readiness, product-market fit, and regulatory compliance.
The table below contains investment results for seven Alberta-based researchers and three Alberta-based small-medium enterprises. Total value for all 10 projects is ~$8 million with ~$6.3 million contributed from Alberta Innovates. Projects will run from February 2024 to January 2027.
