We're so proud to announce that Alberta Innovates has entered Alberta's Top 75 Employers for 2022, a recognition we happily share with our subsidiaries InnoTech Alberta and C-FER Technologies. This special designation recognizes those employers that offer exceptional places to work. In a piece entitled Teamwork makes innovation grow at Alberta Innovates, Laura Kilcrease describes the special designation as the result of "trusting our employees and giving them the freedom to do what they do best." Editors at Canada's Top 100 Employers evaluated employers throughout the province using the same criteria as the national competition. They then compared the employers to other organizations in their field to determine which offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs. The results are found in their Top 75.
