World Petroleum Congress 2023

The World Petroleum Congress (WPC) is a charitable, UN-accredited NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) dedicated to the pursuit of sustainable practice and innovation development regarding the world’s petroleum use and acquisition.

Involving both OPEC and non-OPEC member nations and projecting 15,000 visitors, 5,000 delegates, and over 200 exhibitors from 100 countries, the WPC represents the world’s energy economy coming together to tackle increasing global energy needs while mitigating the environmental impacts of meeting them.

Calgary has been chosen for this year’s host city with a conference theme of “Energy Transition: The Path to Net Zero.”
