Are you an early-stage founder in Alberta actively raising a pre-seed, seed or series A funding round? Or are you gearing up to start a raise in the next 12 months? Alberta Innovates warmly invites you to apply to the Fundraising Intensive on March 27 and 28, 2024 from 9:00 am – 1:30 pm each day.

What to Expect:

Facilitated by Enjoy the Work, a San Francisco-based startup advisory firm serving startup founders and CEOs worldwide.
Day 1: The first day focuses on grounding participants in the fundamentals of successful fundraising, covering storytelling, objection handling, list preparation, and funnel analysis. Day 1 concludes with the provision of several fundraising tools to assist participants in further preparation.
Day 2: Day 2 shifts from fundraising preparation to financial modeling and board of directors management, building upon the basics required to initiate a fundraise (Day 1) to how the business will shift post-fundraise.
Interactive Sessions: Dive deep into discussions with our distinguished speakers, participate in Q&A sessions, and gain personalized advice on your fundraising journey.
