We've seen throughout the COVID19 pandemic a perfect case of the impact of public perception on immediate and lasting behavioral health care trends ranging from the adoption of hygiene behaviors to the rapid development of vaccines. In this session, we'll discuss how to analyze the behavior we've seen so far by the general public's reaction to COVID-19, and use this information to predict future trends relating to human behaviour based on access to digital services and resources.
