Beginning May 29, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. MDT, Alberta Innovates will be evolving its programs following a comprehensive program review. During this transition, select grant programs will temporarily not be accepting new applications. This work will allow us time to redesign programs improving clarity, sustainability, and overall impact, while also helping manage demand and address a growing application backlog. For those who are actively applying, submitted applications or currently receiving funding, you should expect another email communication to come in the coming days.
